"Aurora," Tesarius suddenly called, breaking the ice all over the room. All eyes seemed to turn to her, and then at Tesarius for addressing her so boldly, even Aurora herself. "Are you alright? You look pale."
Like you'd care?
"I'm alright."
"Perhaps you should-"
"They will attack again." Aurora cut in, pretending to have not heard him although she had all to clearly, but was not in a mood to deal with him now. So looking at each and every face in the room, she continued. "So long as we fail to know who is helping them, they'll continue to outsmart us, and continue to attack us, and we won't always succeed like we did before. We need to come up with a way to capture this mole and this ally before they attack us again."
The determination on Aurora's face had them all stiffening in their spots, but despite all that Tesarius couldn't help but feel a childish excitement.
He shouldn't be feeling that, not in a situation like this, but he was, because of what she just said.
