The Blazing Knight Commander's expression instantly turned grim upon seeing the sudden appearance of a Spatial Rift.
Was someone from an enemy nation coming to carry out an assassination and take him out?
At that thought, the Blazing Knight Commander's gaze sharpened, and he immediately turned to notify the others.
However, when Arthur, wrapped tightly in a thick quilt, stumbled out of the portal, the Commander was completely dumbfounded.
He looked up at the blazing sun overhead, then back at Arthur bundled up like a dumpling. His eyes gleamed as he lunged forward and grabbed the quilt.
"Arthur, I freaking knew you were hiding something good! Hurry up and hand it over, there's no one else around!"
"Damn it! Old Madman, stop pulling!" Arthur panicked, desperately clutching the quilt. "There's nothing hidden here! Nothing at all!"
"I swear! If you tear it again, I'll seriously lose it!"
