She closed the door, then pushed it open again.
After confirming she wasn't seeing things, Ivy River turned her head in confusion.
And there was Edwin Blake, lazily reclining on the sofa, watching her.
Ivy asked puzzled, "Isn't this my next-door neighbor's house?"
Edwin nodded.
He thought, isn't that obvious?
If it were really dozens of kilometers away, how could he have held back so long last night?
"So, the place being renovated next door was your house? You replicated your villa exactly?"
Edwin nodded again.
Ivy thought Edwin was crazy, "What exactly do you want?"
"Nothing, I just think this place has great feng shui, and I love the layout of that villa, so I moved over. You don't think I'm doing this on purpose because of old feelings, do you?" Edwin countered.
Ivy sneered, pointing at Edwin, "We'll settle this later."
Edwin shrugged, fearlessly saying, "Make sure to notify me in advance, or else I'll sue you for unlawful entry—ten thousand bucks."
