Mountain Eagle, puzzled by Marta's abrupt remarks, walked into the office with a tinge of expectation, only to find the place had completely transformed.
In just under four days, not only had the trash in the courtyard been cleared out and flowers planted, but the interior renovation was entirely revitalized.
The originally potholed walls were covered with aluminum plastic panels, the shabby front desk was replaced by a brand-new solid wood office counter, the floor was laid with corrosion-resistant laminate flooring, and most importantly, several high-power air conditioners had been installed.
