My body shook slightly as I remembered the occurrence of the most horrific day of my life. The day when I lost all that was left of my human self. The day I became a piece that no longer seemed to fit in with the other pieces.
"Kiergan, you need to see this!" Thane shouted and I jolted out of my thoughts, a bit disoriented. I looked towards his direction and I watched as he and the other two were bent over something; quite engrossed, then walked over to see for myself what they had seen.
We had left the grandstand earlier that day, and sneaked out of the school without anyone noticing, just so we could come to the place.
And, there we were; searching for what's not, or maybe it is, but we have no idea, and just kept guessing what could be.
"What have y'all found, that's got you this engrossed?" I asked as I joined in with their posture.
