Morning came with... darkness... all encompassing darkness..
I couldn't see shit, Greta lay her whole body on top of my fucking body!
I couldn't fucking breath! This girl really think that i looked like a suitable matresss and decided to suffocate me?!
I gently lift her body off me and slide under her before i blink rapidly because the fucking sun is burning my eyes.
After a couple of second of letting my eyes get used to the light, i look around and see John just sitting with his eyes closed while somekind of white forcefield flickered and move all around his body.
The fuck is that? Oh yeah.. that is his Aura... that's so fucking cool.
I can't wait to get as strong as him, i would be able to protect everyone i care about if i did! And i will have so much money that we could eat everything we want! Wooooo!
I then chuckled and look closer to John, is he sleeping while sitting or someshit? Or is it like a super duper secret training hunters do? I wouldn't be surprised if it is.
"John." I softly call out to him because i don't want Greta to wake up if i become too loud. "John!" I called out to him a little bit louder and he then opened his eyes.
"You're awake." He give me a small smile and look at Greta. "You managed to get out from under her.." John then let out a soft amused chuckled that only annoyed me because why is he laughing!? I alsmot died there!
"it is kinda funny watching as how Greta slowly but surely move her body ontop of yours in her sleep." Wait... he literally watched us.. and he didn't do shit to help me!?
Seeing my annoyed expression only made him chuckled even more. "Hey, if i see you turning blue, i would had pull Greta off you..."
And now he joked about it... okay, i'll admit if i was in his shoes i would just watch too because how intriguing it must look.
I let out a breath before i chuckled. "I guess it was a little funny now that i think about it.."
I then look at him. "So.. what were you doing? You were all glowing and shit.. with that Aura if yours."
"Oh, i was just meditating.. it helped me with my Aura control." He answered me which only make me think about it.
Meditating? That shit actually helped? I thought it was just some mumbo jumbo bullshit people who never actually have a hard life and nothing else to do other than sit down and not doing shit do.
Never knew that meditating could help with this Aura thingy that all turns out all hunters have.
"Oh... so are you going to teach us how to meditate?" I asked him because if he actually does teach us how to meditate.. that would be pretty hard for me.. i don't think i would be able to meditate for lng unless i'm fucking exhausted.
"I think so.. but i don't see the point of meditating unless you have your Aura.." he then tilt his head. "But other than that.. i would be teaching you how to fight."
"Oh yeah now that reminds me, do you like a... like what was it called again... the.. hmmm... the thingy.... fuck it, what are you planning to teach us later?" I gave up on trying to find the word cause fuck it.. I'm not the smart one between Greta and i.
"He training schedule?" "Yeah that one!" "Okay.. as for the training schedule, we should be able to train about 30 to 40 minutes for the both of you each night.." he told me and i then nodded at him.
"Okay so if its 30 to 40 minutes.. why does last night was so short?" Cause is there is a reason why the training was cut short? I am frankly a little curious.
"Well both you and Greta have an exhausting day and also a pretty.. shocking day, both you and Greta are simply too tired for training last night especially considering that we had to rush from schist to here after we rushed from khaleed to schist.." he explained to me.
"Oooh... that makes sense.." i nodded to myself as i understand his explanation, so if we are not that exhausted last night our training would be longer or Greta would train last night rather than going straight to sleep i guess.
"As for the training schedule, i only planned to give the both of you the basic on how to fight at least until we reached Shade academy.. its only going to take use a few more days before we arrived there... hopefully if nothing else is stopping us." He then turn his head to Greta and i also joined in curious onto what he is looking and it turn out that he is looking at Greta who is waking up.
Greta let out a yawn and rubbed her eyes. "Damn.. did i woke up late or someshit?"
"Nah, i also just wake up." I then look at John. "Or did you have plans for anything?"
John look at us before he nodded. "Yeah... we need to go back inside and maybe buy some more water and some rations.. after that we hopefully could reach our next destination in a few hours."
Okay, so another day of travelling.. i thought we were going to stay here for awhile... well there's nothing stopping me from asking him. "So are we not going to stay here? At least until afternoon?"
"Well we could.. but i prefer for us to get to Shade Academy As soon as possible." He then glanced at both Mine and Greta's body. "But i guess you both deserve a break.. so how about this, we quickly go and buy some supplies and relax for a few hours after that?"
"That sounded great."

Its been about an hour since Greta woke up and Greta suggested a great idea about that she and Hans should go and buy the water supply while i go and buy the food ration.
It would cut down the time we need to go get the supply even though we doesn't have any urgent deadline to meet... when i asked them about are they sure that they should go alone without me, both of them reassure me that everything would be fine.
And so i let them go while i search around this settlement to look for some place to buy some canned foods or something.
"Excuse me sir, do you know any place i can buy some food sir?" I asked a man and he then stopped and gave me a dirty look.
"You ain't from round here ain't cha?" He then scoffed and shake his head. "Go round the corners there should be a place there..." the man then quickly walk away from me.
.....is it really that obvious that i'm a foreigner? Cause by the looks of it, it is obvious that i'm a foreigner.
But i put on my cloak and all of the pizazz.. maybe its the way that i talked that gave it away.. at least now i know where to buy some food.
As i walk around the corner and follow look around trying to find the store, i couldn't help but overheard a conversation from the mouth of an alley.
"Heard they caught the fuckers that killed the two men from Red Cactus." Wait.. what are they talking about... they weren't talking about us right? Maybe they didn't and its just a coincident afterall the Red Cactus surely have more enemies and a couple of their members could die...
But it won't hurt anyone if i decided to listen in more closely.
I smoothly walk to the edge of the alley and lean my back around the corner of it as to look like i am just relaxing before i use a low level Aura Reinforcement on my ears.
"Yeah, they caught they fuckers about.. 15 minutes ago i think? I was there when they were dragging the poor fuckers!" A new voice talked before it laugh.
"Damn, i wish i was there.. how much do you want to bet that there would be a new.. accessories to the one of the cactus around here?" The first voice answered the second voice.
Okay.. by the sound of it there are only 2 voices and that would meant 2 people inside the alley.. and only about 15 minutes ago... this doesn't bode well for me because my instinct is acting up again.
"You think i'm fucking dumb? I ain't taking that bet fuckass!" I can hear some muffled shuffling before the first voice talked again.
"How does that poor bastards looks like?"
"It was 2 fucking kids, dude" they both then let out a laugh so disgusting i feel sick in my stomach.
2 kids.... oh god.. please no...
"One of the kids was this brat that have a lot of spunk on him and the other brat was this girl... they both would probably live a little longer than most before they got stuck on a Cactus.. the red cactus going to savor them for a while." He then chuckled.
