Gabi lay sprawled on the blood-soaked ground, her crimson-stained scythe a mere foot away. Her gaze, wide with terror, was fixed on the five skeletal werewolves that surrounded her, their eyes filled with killing intent.
'What manner of sorcery was that?!' she thought, her mind reeling in terror:
'These things combined their powers, conjured an illusion, and in the blink of an eye, my guards were slaughtered without a single resistance.'
Her eyes fell upon the still, lifeless bodies of her four protectors.
"You know... It was rather amusing watching you fight my little friends."
The deep, chilling voice drew her attention upwards. Gabi's eyes narrowed as she stared at the figure cloaked entirely in black, not a single strand of hair visible, he stood on the wall with folded arms. Only the glint of silver eyes pierced the darkness of their attire.
"Who... who are you?!" Gabi hissed, clutching her scythe and shakily pushing herself to her feet.
The ten devil dogs and werewolves flanking her parted, allowing the figure to leap down and land silently before Gabi.
"Give it to me!"
Christopher extended a hand, his gaze fixed on the scythe in her grasp.
"You came for this?!" Her eyes darted from the scythe to Christopher and back again.
"Are you the one who stole Murphy's and Danzig's Beast tokens?! Why are you after them?!" Her voice rose, sharp with fury.
"A war is coming, and the weak will always be devoured, you can't avoid it, now... Hand it over. This is your final warning!" Christopher stated, his tone unwavering.
'Thank goodness for the voice modulator and these contact lenses,' Christopher thought with a subtle smirk.
"I won't give it to you!" Gabi stood her ground, her gaze ice.
Christopher tilted his head, a hint of amusement in his silver eyes.
"Really? Well... I don't actually need you to give it to me."
With a mere thought, the skeletal werewolves advanced, their crimson eyes burning into Gabi, whose face instantly lost all color.
"I know you value your life more than a weapon, so just hand it over," he said calmly.
Gabi stared at the scythe, then at the fifteen menacing beasts before her. A look of bitter reluctance washed over her face as she tossed the weapon towards Christopher, who caught it with ease.
"At least you are smart." He muttered.
"You know... The Tamer Enterprise will be here soon. Then we'll see how you escape," she spat.
Christopher examined the scythe for a moment, then slowly nodded.
"Tamer Enterprise? I've heard of you pathetic Cordelia city tamer police. I don't fear them, to me... They are just some ants that can be crush at will."
He scoffed, his gaze sweeping over Gabi. "When the Golden Organization moves again, your insignificant city will mean nothing."
"Golden Organization! Are you a member of the Golden Organization?!" she exclaimed, her voice laced with alarm.
"A member? Does a member command fifteen legendary beasts?" He shook his head, a cold smile playing on his lips. "You already know too much, so I'm afraid I'll have to silence you."
"What?!" Gabi gasped, her eyes wide with disbelief.
Christopher channeled his life force into the scythe, and with a swift swing, unleashed a blade of crimson energy. It struck Gabi squarely on the chest, sending her flying backward.
BAM!!!!
She crashed into the wall, a spray of blood erupting from her lips as she slumped to the ground.
"This way, no one will know of our plans. With our spy in the government, nothing can stop us," he murmured, rubbing the rings on his fingers.
The fifteen beasts dissolved into trails of light, spiraling into the rings, and with one last, chilling look at the fallen Gabi, Christopher shot into the air, soaring away from the scene.
Hidden onlookers emerged from their hiding places as the wall receded into the earth.
"Was that...?"
"Oh my god! Call an ambulance!"
"Someone's been killed!"
"Hurry!"
"Who was that person who flew away?"
"I have no idea!"
Screams and the wail of distant sirens filled the air as the onlookers cautiously approached the lifeless bodies.
Gabi, barely clinging to consciousness, clenched her fists, her eyes burning with a fierce resolve.
'Golden Organization... I will not rest until you are all destroyed!' she vowed silently.

[Ten minutes later.]
[100 Miles in the sky, high above Cordelia's city shield.]
'How did you know how to bypass the shield without triggering any alarms?' Reaper asked telepathically, settling beside Christopher.
Christopher, perched atop Lazarus's head, turned to the wolf.
"I helped them create it. Of course, I know how to bypass it," he replied, leaning back against the silver dragon's smooth scales.
"Lazarus, we're clear. Increase speed," he commanded.
The dragon nodded, its powerful wings propelling them forward.
"Where are we going?" Lucas asked, lying on the other side of Christopher.
"To greet an old friend," Christopher said, closing his eyes.

[Back in Advika's home.]
"Advika! I had no idea Christopher was so incredibly wealthy!" Sylvia exclaimed, rushing towards her sister as she entered the house.
Advika smiled softly, a secret amusement dancing in her eyes.
'If only she knew how much he actually spent at the auction,' she mused.
"Where are Mum and Dad?" she asked aloud.
"Mum went to get Dad's medication, while dad is asleep."
Sylvia stopped in front of her sister, her gaze slowly drifting from Advika's elegant red dress to her matching shoes.
"I never imagined you'd look so stunning in a dress. I hope Chris didn't spend too much... Well... A few hours after you left with him, men and women arrived, delivering countless bags. At first, I thought it was some kind of act, you know? Like a movie show or something, But then they said it was all for you. And they were from the Imperial Store!" she said breathlessly.
"Where are the bags?" Advika inquired.
"In your room. Why do you ask? Do you want to try them on?"
"No, I want to sell them."
"What?!" Sylvia exclaimed, her eyes widening in surprise.
