The red portal hid a world that was dead and desolate, its landscape bathed in red light and the earth transformed into a chitinous structure.
Chen Ke said, "This is it."
"I've never seen anything like this... superpower, and... you can pull out a pile of things anytime, anywhere. Do you have multiple superpowers?!" Li Zi exclaimed in surprise.
"You could say it's a freebie. But seriously, from here on... I'll go by myself," Chen Ke said.
As he spoke, he was about to walk into the portal, but Li Zi grabbed him.
"You better know what you're doing. That thing may be half-dead, but it's not something humans can contend with. How are you going to destroy it? If you anger it, it could crush you with a mere roll-over," Li Zi said.
"I'll make sure it doesn't crush me... I'll lend you my coat for now, you can give it back to me when I come out," Chen Ke said with a smile.
"What if you don't make it out?" Li Zi asked.
"Then keep it, as a keepsake," Chen Ke replied.
