Ares sneaked into Angel's room in the early hours of the morning, and stood at the foot of the bed as he watched her and his daughter sleep.
Although he was still very much conflicted, he knew he had to see them especially in that moment.
He didn't know how his little date with Leonardo would end.
But he did know that if that was the end for him, she was the last face he wanted to see.
Pushing his hand into his pocket, he pulled out a bracelet.
He had bought it on one of his travels, because it simply reminded him of Angel.

She came back, and things had been too difficult between them, so he forgot about the bracelet until now.
