"No... It's not over yet," Draxar growled, his voice tinged with defiance. He was battered, but not finished. He quickly activated the ship's engines, which hummed to life and began to rise. "You may have won the battle, but you won't win the war! The Dragon Balls are already on their way to another planet. It'll take you six months to reach it, if you can even get there! My lord will get his wish and become immortal!"
The ship, containing all seven Dragon Balls, roared into the sky, vanishing into the upper atmosphere. As it disappeared, a heavy silence fell over the battlefield until the air cracked with a sudden surge of energy.
Draxar stood upright, trembling, his body coursing with unstable ki. His muscles bulged unnaturally, and his aura turned jagged, violet lightning dancing around him.
"He's not done…" Piccolo muttered, narrowing his eyes. "What's he doing…?"
"He's pushing past his limits," Gohan said, stepping forward, clenching his fists. "This power… it's unnatural."
Draxar let out a monstrous roar as his power exploded outward, cratering the earth beneath him. Rocks lifted into the air. Trees were incinerated by the sheer pressure of his energy.
Draxar's Power Level: 5,500,000,000
"This is it!" Draxar howled. "My body can't go any further! This is my limit and it's more than enough to crush both of you!"
Gohan surged forward, his aura igniting with a bright yellow light and lighting, while Piccolo powered up, his purple gi fluttering as his eyes glowed with intensity. As Krillin leaves the battlefield to go to kami's lookout and wait it out with Tien.
"We'll stop you here and now, Draxar!" Gohan shouted.
The two clashed with Draxar in a brilliant explosion of energy, shockwaves blasting across the broken landscape. Gohan's fists struck fast and precise, while Piccolo flanked, launching sharp ki blasts and heavy punches to Draxar's sides.
But Draxar was relentless. His power was overwhelming his strikes cracked the ground, and his speed rivaled even Gohan's.
Piccolo grunted as he was knocked back, slamming into a boulder and coughing up blood.
"Don't let up, Gohan!" he yelled.
Gohan spun mid-air, dodging a heavy blow, and landed a fierce uppercut to Draxar's chin, sending him spiraling but only for a moment. Draxar twisted and fired a devastating ki beam toward Gohan.
As Gohan counters by chopping the ki attack in half and charges at Draxar again , launching a assault. Gohan feinted left, drawing Draxar's defense, while Piccolo charged a Special Beam Cannon from the shadows.
As Gohan traded blows with Draxar, he shouted, "NOW, PICCOLO!!"
The beam tore through the air, striking Draxar square in the back. He howled in pain, smoke curled from Draxar's back as he staggered to his feet, blood running from the corners of his mouth. The Special Beam Cannon had done its damage but not enough.
"I… won't lose…!" Draxar snarled, his energy flaring again as he launched himself at Piccolo in a blur.
Gohan rushed to intercept, but he was too late Draxar's elbow cracked into Piccolo's ribs, sending him flying with a pained shout. Gohan caught him mid-air, setting him down behind a shattered boulder.
"You alright?" Gohan asked.
"Just bruised," Piccolo replied, rising again with a grimace. "Let's keep the pressure on."
They both powered up again and attacked in unison. Gohan struck from above, Piccolo from below, sandwiching Draxar in a flurry of coordinated blows. Draxar blocked high, but Piccolo swept his legs, and Gohan drove a knee into his stomach.
Draxar coughed violently, but retaliated with a headbutt, dazing Gohan. He grabbed Gohan by the arm, swinging him into Piccolo like a club. Both warriors tumbled through the air, skidding across the ruined earth.
"You're both nothing!" Draxar bellowed, forming a massive ball of red ki in his hand and hurling it at them.
Piccolo went in front, taking the brunt of the explosion for Gohan as Gohan circled around to flank. He appeared behind Draxar, charged with electricity, and drove his fist into the villain's spine.
Draxar screamed in pain, but spun and blasted Gohan point-blank with a dark energy wave. Gohan cried out and crashed hard, digging a trench through the ground.
Still, he stood up bloodied, but defiant.
"You're strong, Draxar," Gohan panted. "But not enough to win."
Draxar snarled, then snapped his fingers and the ground beneath Piccolo exploded. Hidden energy mines detonated, flinging Piccolo skyward.
While Piccolo was exposed, Draxar launched after him, fists pounding like hammers. Piccolo did his best to block, but Draxar overwhelmed him, slamming him to the earth with both fists clasped together. A shockwave cracked the surrounding valley.
Piccolo lay still, smoke rising from his body.
"PICCOLO!" Gohan screamed.
Draxar laughed cruelly. "One down."
"You'll pay for that!" Gohan roared, his aura erupting as he tapped deeper into his power. His hair flared with golden light, and he vanished in a blur.
The two clashed again Gohan faster than before, rage sharpening his strikes. His punches broke the sound barrier, his kicks left afterimages. For a moment, it seemed like Draxar was being overwhelmed.
Gohan broke through his guard with a hard left, then launched a full-power Kamehameha straight into Draxar's chest. The beam blasted him through several hills, detonating in the distance.
Dust covered the battlefield as silence fell.
Gohan dropped to one knee, panting heavily.
But then a figure emerged from the dust, limping, burned, but still alive.
"Impossible…" Gohan muttered.
Draxar grinned, blood dripping from his chin. "You're not the only one with energy to spare."
His body pulsed as he tapped into a hidden reservoir, and his power spiked again. Purple lightning cracked around him as his muscles bulged as if he went into Super Saiyan Grade 2.
Draxar's Power Level: 8,000,000,000
In exchange for more power over his possible limits he lost half his speed, so he was slower now, but his body is far more dangerous now.
He appeared behind Gohan and drove his elbow into his back. Gohan gasped, staggered forward and caught a brutal knee to the face that sent him flying.
Before he could recover, Draxar was on him again, fists hammering Gohan into the earth with relentless fury.
"THIS is your end!" Draxar shouted, forming a sphere of dark energy above his head larger than any attack before. It hummed with destructive force.
"Goodbye, Saiyan."
Just as he was about to throw it—
"Big Bang Attack!!"
A Blue Ball of energy goes across the battlefield, slamming into Draxar from the side. The blast ripped through his energy sphere and engulfed him in blinding light.
The ground trembled. Dust and smoke billowed.
And from the sky… floated down Vegeta his aura blazing, his hair spiked and crackling with lightning as he's in Mastered Super Saiyan 2.
