Qi Si was still staring at Shen Yan.
Shen Yan looked up slightly to meet those eyes as cold as ice.
Qi Si was watching her!
Shen Yan felt somewhat at a loss and touched her face. "Are we going ashore now?"
Shen Yan was taking all this in stride much better than Qi Si had expected.
Qi Si shifted his gaze away, his eyes dark as the night: "This time, I was careless."
Had he known something like this would happen, he would not have brought Shen Yan.
Shen Yan glanced at his handsome profile and said, "I'll pretend nothing happened. I won't casually inquire about who those people are."
Qi Si looked over, wanting to explain something but then thought perhaps it was for the best.
It would spare Shen Yan from getting involved in such matters.
Respect came from not touching things one shouldn't recklessly.
"Mr. Qi, the boat is ready. We can head out at any time."
"Chen Ben." Qi Si called out Chen Ben's name.
Chen Ben came around from behind: "Mr. Qi."
"Take her back to shore."
