Chapter 303 - Chapter 264: Samui and Yugito Captured

In the midst of the ninja war, a futuristic super cannon suddenly appeared, starkly contrasting with the world of ninjas.

Shinho paused to think before recognizing what this super cannon was.

It had indeed appeared in the original storyline.

Its name was straightforward and crude: the Chakra Cannon.

When Toneri Ōtsutsuki activated the Tenseigan and aimed to destroy Earth, Kumogakure unveiled had this super cannon.

According to the Fourth Raikage, when operating at full power, it could obliterate the moon.

However, Shinho hadn't expected it to appear two years earlier than it should have, or that it would be used against him.

Snapping back to reality, Shinho observed the actions of Kumogakure ninja.

They withdrew their encirclement of him, regrouping around the Chakra Cannon to establish a defensive perimeter.

At the forefront stood Yugito Nii.

"It seems you have great confidence in it," Shinho said with a smile. "But I'm curious, aren't you afraid of collateral damage with such a wide range?"

"Collateral damage?" Yugito snorted coldly, her voice laced with cruelty. "Our mission here is to kill you, no matter the cost."

Typical Kumo.

Shinho couldn't help but feel a bit impressed.

In the original series, Kumogakure was the only one without rogue ninjas.

This was because they valued martial ethics, prioritized strength above all else, and avoided petty scheming.

Even Jinchūriki were respected as long as they were strong.

"You're staying here to kill me, so your comrades must have gone to attack our camp?"

Shinho asked calmly.

"Exactly!" Yugito tilted her chin slightly. "You'll reunite with them in the Pure Land soon enough."

"And the Akatsuki?" Shinho continued, "Where are they?"

"The Akatsuki?" Yugito scoffed disdainfully. "They're just a bunch of sneaky cowards!"

The Akatsuki had been defeated by Shinho.

With only Obito remaining, perpetually hiding behind a mask, it was no wonder she looked down on them.

"Enough chatter, Yugito," Dodai suddenly interrupted their conversation.

An incredibly powerful surge of chakra began to gather in the cannon's barrel.

The surrounding air twisted, crackling with dazzling lightning.

Soon, a sphere of destructive energy, resembling a Tailed Beast Ball, was aimed directly at Shinho.

"It does have a certain resemblance to the Tailed Beast Ball," Shinho thought aloud calmly.

"Still spouting nonsense at death's door?!" Yugito's delicate features twisted into a snarl.

Her braided hair unraveled under the turbulent air currents, standing on end.

Her eyes turned white, and blue chakra patterns resembling a feline demon spread across her body.

This was partial Tailed Beast Transformation.

To ensure the Chakra Cannon would kill Shinho, she added another layer of preparation.

The air trembled violently.

The sphere of lightning transformed into a projectile, crossing the distance in an instant and engulfing Shinho.

Boom!

The ground vaporized instantly.

Nearby structures disintegrated into ash under the chakra's shockwave.

"Lava Release: Rubber Defence!"

Dodai, having anticipated this, spat out a mass of rubber.

The rubber swirled like a stream before forming a massive protective barrier in front of him.

"Is he dead?"

Yugito peered through the barrier at the center of the smoke cloud.

As a perfect Jinchūriki, she could use the Tailed Beast Ball herself.

Though powerful, its are of effect was too wide, diluting its impact.

Since Shinho's extraordinary defensive capabilities were well-known, after careful consideration, they had decided to deploy the Chakra Cannon. Which vcould shoot concentrated chakra beams.

The recent attack, in terms of concentrated destructive power, exceeded that of a Tailed Beast Ball.

"What... is that?!"

Dodai's pupils shrank in shock.

Within the smoke, a colossal humanoid shadow emerged.

Its towering form exceeded six meters in height, and it possessed eight arms.

"Is this the legendary transformation technique of Shinho?"

Yugito's heart trembled. "He's completely unharmed?!"

Dodai, reminded by her words, realized that Shinho had just withstood a direct hit from the Chakra Cannon unscathed.

This was utterly inconceivable.

How could a ninja possess such an incredible level of defense?

"Yugito!"

Dodai shouted urgently. "Activate the Chakra Cannon again! We'll hold him off!"

In the ninja world, one ancient truth remained constant:

The more chakra you pour in, the greater the power.

To push the Chakra Cannon's power to its absolute limit, they needed Yugito's Tailed Beast Chakra.

However, doing so would endanger every Kumogakure ninja present.

It was highly likely they'd all perish alongside Shinho.

But at this point, there was no other choice.

Yugito's expression flickered with hesitation.

This had been part of the plan all along, but she hadn't expected it would come to this.

And all because of one man: Shinho Aburame.

The cost of killing him was unimaginably high!

Yet, in this moment, there was no time for second thoughts.

Yugito leaped onto the Chakra Cannon, taking her place as its operator.

The sound of wind tearing filled the air.

Kumogakure ninja launched their first wave of attacks.

Countless ninja tools rained down like a torrential storm, enveloping Shinho.

Dodai instinctively clenched his fists.

Shuriken, kunai, and other weapons struck Shinho, but none inflicted any damage. Instead, they ricocheted harmlessly off his body.

"Use ninjutsu!"

Dodai formed hand seals.

He exhaled a massive stream of lava, its searing heat distorting the surrounding air.

Simultaneously, Kumogakure ninja unleashed their own techniques.

The ground surged upward, forming rocky spears and earthen dragons.

The wind howled, launching countless invisible wind blades like a barrage of arrows.

Most terrifying of all was the deafening thunder.

Bolts of lightning intertwined, converging into a sea of electricity.

Shinho remained unperturbed.

Clenching his fist, he punched forward.

A devastating surge of raw power exploded in the air, scattering all the incoming chakra-based attacks and reversing their trajectories.

A cacophony of screams erupted as the backlash struck.

Dodai, standing at the forefront, instinctively activated a defensive jutsu.

Lava Release: Rubber Ball

A sphere of rubber materialized around him, shielding him from harm.

In the original series, Dodai had used this technique to survive the Tengai Shinsei unleashed by Edo Tensei Madara Uchiha. Its defensive capabilities were remarkable.

The violent collision caused Dodai's body to tremble, the force pushing him backward.

The rubber sphere deformed under the pressure but didn't shatter entirely.

Dodai let out a sigh of relief, only to hear Yugito Nii's enraged voice.

He instinctively looked up and was greeted by a horrifying sight, the blood splattered across the battlefield.

Though Dodai had withstood Shinho's attack, the other ninjas were not as fortunate.

A third of Kumogakure forces lay lifeless on the ground, while the less fortunate ones left no remains at all.

"I'll kill you!"

Yugito's chakra erupted violently, her rage palpable.

The Chakra Cannon in front of her trembled fiercely, radiating an even more terrifying aura than before.

"Yugito!" Dodai shouted in warning. "Focus on your task!"

Taking a deep breath, he pulled out a signal flare.

The fireworks burst brightly in the night sky.

The sound of rushing wind followed.

Hundreds of figures landed in front of Shinho, they were reinforcements from Kumogakure .

Shinho recalled the intelligence he had extracted from a spy.

Kumogakure had split their forces into two units upon entering the Land of Rice Fields.

This must be the other unit.

He pondered briefly.

Under normal circumstances, he might have sent a squad to assist Otogakure.

If he had, Kumogakure would have used the Chakra Cannon and their hidden troops to wipe out the reinforcements.

But now, they had concentrated all their forces on him.

Shinho's gaze swept across the newcomers and landed on a particularly striking figure: Samui.

Her ample chest rivaled that of Tsunade, and her curvaceous figure exuded an air of sensuality. Her delicate features radiated beauty, and her entire demeanor was undeniably alluring.

Clearly, she was the leader of this unit.

Samui noticed Shinho's gaze and couldn't suppress a shiver.

The overwhelming aura of slaughter, the menacing arms, and the sea of corpses all triggered an instinctive fear in her.

Although she was an exceptional ninja, facing an enemy as demonic as Shinho for the first time completely unraveled her composure.

The same could be said for the other ninjas. Terror was written all over their faces.

Shinho slowly raised one of his massive hands.

"Attack!"

Samui's expression changed slightly as she issued the command in a low voice.

Drawing a short sword from her back, her figure disappeared in a flash.

She reappeared behind Shinho, leaping into the air and slashing with her sword.

The white blade gleamed as it struck his back.

But it had no effect.

Samui's heart sank. She felt as though she had struck unyielding steel.

The disparity in power left her utterly hopeless.

Shinho tilted his head slightly to glance at her.

Her light gray outfit quivered against her body, emphasizing her soft curves. In comparison to his towering six-meter form, Samui appeared diminutive.

A violent wind surged.

Lightning and fire intertwined, launching another wave of attacks toward him.

The kaleidoscope of chakra painted his vision.

Expressionless, Shinho threw a punch.

But this time, all eight of his arms moved in unison.

In his Six-Armed Heavenly Zombie King form, Shinho's strength was already near limitless.

Additionally, he had recently obtained the Immortal Thousand Jun Strength Gu, amplifying his power even further.

With his full strength unleashed, he tore through the air, creating shockwaves that scattered countless energy blasts.

This time, there was no deflection or ricochet, everything disintegrated into glowing particles upon contact.

A terrifying, invisible force swept through Kumogakure ninjas.

In an instant, blood splattered everywhere.

The enemy forces were like weeds, uprooted and obliterated.

"No!"

Yugito let out a heart-wrenching cry.

Her vision was filled with crimson blood.

Everyone she knew lay dead in pools of their own blood.

The thick scent of iron overwhelmed her senses, suffocating her in grief and despair.

Samui stood frozen.

Having been behind Shinho during her earlier attack, she had miraculously escaped unscathed.

A profound, indescribable fear gripped her.

One thought raced through her mind: Run!

But her legs felt like lead, refusing to move.

"You bastard!"

Yugito glared at Shinho with unbridled hatred, channeling all her remaining chakra into the Chakra Cannon.

A massive surge of chakra erupted, shaking the ground as if an earthquake had struck.

The night sky lit up.

The concentrated chakra emitted a blinding radiance.

Shinho raised an eyebrow.

For the first time, he felt a faint sense of danger.

This was a rarity for him.

After all, in his Six-Armed Heavenly Zombie King form, he dared to face even the Sage of Six Paths himself.

But upon reflection, it made sense.
