If a vampire is doing harm to the community and insists on continuing to do that harm he will be killed immediately along with all his followers. It is a rare case to happen but not impossible.
The world is full of exceptions even in the cold and rigid nature of vampires, these exceptions do happen. Yet each case becomes rarer than the last.
A vampire will not wage civil war against his master, but he may lose trust in him. Even if he does what his master tells him to do, they will still distrust his orders, so the results will not be the best. If they fail and make a mistake, it will not only be because of the vampire's unwillingness but also because of how disappointing the Nobleman is.
