Chapter 36 - Weddings

Jake left for Canada to escape everything, especially Bella's and Edward's upcoming wedding, unaware of the pack's plans for them.

Come wedding day, the entire tribe was abuzz with activity, setting things up and getting things ready.

Surprisingly, out of all the brides, it was Emily who was the most difficult, having to be forced to stop cooking and enjoy her big day.

"Emily," Sue sighed, "What are you doing in here again? I told you to leave it to us, go, go, shoo, get out of here," pushing her out.

"I just wanted to help," Emily whined.

"You can another day, you're supposed to be resting and enjoying yourself today. Where are Leah and Kim?" asked Sue.

"Likely trying on their dresses," said Emily.

"Then you go do that too, and aren't you also pregnant? Go rest," said Sue, shaking her head.

"Fine," said Emily, leaving.

Entering the Clearwater's house, she hears Leah and Kim talking.

"I can't believe today's the day, it all seems so fast now," said Kim.

"It sprang up on us, but I'm happy it's finally happening," said Leah.

Emily enters, "Oh my gosh, Lee-Lee, you look so beautiful, you both do."

"Thanks," said Kim.

"Thanks, so do you," said Leah.

"Stop it, I'm not even dressed up yet, and I already feel bloated despite barely showing yet," said Emily.

"Don't do that, you look good and that's that, now hurry up and join us," urged Leah.

"It's kind of early though," said Emily.

"Who cares, it's our wedding day and this is a wedding dress, we'll wear it all day if we want," said Leah.

"Yeah, what she said," Kim agreed.

There was a knock on the door.

"Hm, who could that be?" wondered Leah, her nose unable to pick out the scent due to all the perfume and makeup. "Wait here, I'll go see who it is."

She was not pleased to see Rachel upon opening the door.

"Leah, I know this isn't exactly the best time, but I really would like the chance to apologize to you," said Rachel genuinely.

She opened the door, letting her in, then crossed her arms and waited.

"You look very nice," said Rachel, trying to break the ice.

"Talk," said Leah, not having any of that.

Rachel sighed before explaining, "As you well know, I took it hard when my mom died and was a major part of why I left, but another part was you."

"Me? What did I do?" Leah asked defensively, anger leaking into her tone.

"It wasn't easy competing with you for Dean's affection, I felt like he was slipping further and further into your clutches and I couldn't handle that on top of everything else, so I left, and when I came back, I didn't think you would still be here, remembering how smart you were, I thought you would be long gone, away at some ivy league college and forget about Dean and the tribe," she said laying it on a bit thick at the end.

"I'm sorry Leah, I shouldn't have run away, and I should have called. I'm so very sorry," she sniffed, wiping a tear.

"Thank you for apologizing, I forgive you," said Leah.

"Thanks, I promise not to do anything like that again," said Rachel, wiping another tear.

"Come here," said Leah, opening her arms, feeling sorry for her.

While they hug, Leah whispers, "I won."

Rachel giggles, "Still a bitch I see."

Leah grins, "You have no idea."

A sad smile graces her features, thinking about how much she missed, "I suppose not, but maybe we can start again as friends?" Rachel inquires.

"Sure, we can give it a shot, but Dean's off-limits now," Leah warned.

Rachel grinned, "I figured, it's okay though, there's this guy I'm giving a shot, could be something if he plays his cards right."

"Well look at you, already back at it I see. I hope he can keep up," Leah grinned.

"He better," Rachel said, and they laughed.

...

Dean slips the amethyst jeweled ring on her finger, talking in a low voice so only she could hear, "It's split in half, held together by magnets so you can always wear it, and it comes with scent markers that can easily be replaced so you can easily find it."

"It's wonderful," said Leah, feeling moved by his thoughtful effort.

"You may now kiss the bride."

Leah went in for a chaste kiss, but Dean was having none of that as he grabbed the back of her head and pulled her in for a searing tongue-filled kiss.

The guests clap and get whoops and hollers from some of the boys, awes from the older women, and a few not-so-subtle envious glares.

Breaking the kiss, Dean whispers, "I'm going to fuck you so hard tonight."

"Can't wait," Leah says back challengingly, deciding this would be the night where she outdoes him, not considering his increased strength.

Sam clears his throat, "Ahem, guys, if you don't mind," he said as a few of the wolves who could hear were found blushing.

Dean grins, "I don't."

Leah playfully slaps his arm.

"Right, next up, Sam and Emily," said Dean, switching spots with the couple.

After finishing the next two weddings, everyone starts to dance and eat, enjoying their time together, wishing the happy couples long and happy lives. There was some grumbling about gifts still from more than one person on such short notice, but such things were quickly cleared up, promising that it wasn't necessary, and to only give what you can, and the couples would go through it later.

Taking Leah to the dance floor, Dean leans in, "Don't look now, but I think your mom and Charlie are getting kind of close."

Leah's head whips around.

They hear Charlie apologize to her mom as they dance, "Sorry about Bella, she said Edward got hurt and couldn't leave his side," he sighed.

"It's okay, I'm just glad you're here," Sue said, resting her head on his shoulder.

"So am I," said Charlie.

"Huh, I don't know how I feel about that," said Leah.

"Well, if you want to take your mind off it, look over there," said Dean, indicating where Rachel and Paul were also getting close.

"That's who she meant. I can't believe it," said Leah, thinking something must be wrong. Rachel made it sound like someone special, but it turned out to be the horndog, Paul.

"Eh, I think Paul might actually be serious about her, you should of seen him when he talked about her," said Dean.

Leah snorted, "Does she know how old he is?"

"I doubt she cares considering," he said, referring to when they were with her.

"We weren't that much younger," said Leah.

"Leave it be, let's focus on us," said Dean, sweeping her away.

That night contrary to expectations, he did not fuck her hard.

Instead, he made sweet, sweet love, all night long.

Moving from her lips to tits to clit and back.

Gently entering her and slowly pumping with steady, firm thrusts, reminding her of the time he took her virginity.

It couldn't have been more perfect as she was steadily brought to her peak and felt him pulsating inside her multiple times, legs and arms wrapping around him, preventing him from moving as they both slowly drifted off with him still on top and inside her.
