The soft light of morning filtered through the window as Seiji lazily opened his eyes. He stretched in bed, letting out a long, relaxed sigh. There was no urgency in his movements—no obligations to rush him out the door. I don't need to work or anything, he thought, sinking back into the comfort of his bed. He wasn't in any hurry to face the day just yet.
For a few moments, he simply lay there, enjoying the quiet. His body still felt heavy with the remnants of sleep, and he let himself drift in and out of light thoughts. But eventually, his stomach grumbled, reminding him that while he had no pressing duties, he still needed to get up and face the day.
With another yawn, Seiji reluctantly pulled himself out of bed. His limbs felt heavy, as if still yearning for sleep, but he stood up and stretched. Moving at a leisurely pace, he wandered to the shower, yawning again as he went. A nice, warm shower will wake me up, he thought, already feeling the warm water's anticipation.
