"Boss, my name is Su Haifeng, from Xiangzhou. I came to Jiangnan with the Xiang Army and then joined Jiuding in Songjiang Prefecture.
Initially, I was in charge of cotton futures trading at Jiuding. Later, I was transferred to Jiuding Agriculture in San Francisco, America, where I continued to handle cotton.
Last year, I was moved to New York to work under Director Lu for the acquisition of Southern industries and also participated in the establishment of Jiuding Capital on the West Coast.
In the first half of this year, I was sent to California to lead East Coast capital operations, and in the second half, I was dispatched back to Songjiang Prefecture under the Qing court to set up Eastern Capital," Su Haifeng briefly summarized his past experiences.
At Jiuding Group, executives at the middle and upper levels are rotated every six months or a year. Though the leadership is autocratic, they don't stay in one place for too long.
