The room was overly quiet, so quiet that Milowan could even hear his own heartbeat and the sound of his throat moving.

He nervously lowered his head again, slowly.

"Good day, Miss."

For over ten seconds afterward, he didn't hear any response, nor did he dare to lift his head. He waited like that, and just as unease began to settle in, the person finally spoke.

"I have some impression of you."

The girl's soft voice made Milowan relax, the anxiety and apprehension swirling in his mind instantly calming as her words fell.

"I apologize again for bothering you earlier." He wanted to say something flattering and ingratiating but stopped himself out of caution, fearing to overstep or annoy her by not saying the right thing.

"I've already forgotten about the previous matters. I understand the purpose of your visit today." Her words immediately touched upon the main reason behind his visit, leaving Milowan unsure of what to say next.
