Do peach blossoms bloom in this season?
Zhou Li was surprised by the blossoming flowers outside the window but didn't think much of it. He just felt inwardly impressed that the shabby neighborhood actually had some greenery, as he took out his keys to unlock the security door.
After opening the security door, Zhou Li stepped outside. At the door mat, Zhou Li took off his shoes, and outside the mat lay a pair of slightly worn blue slippers, all prepared.
Zhou Li habitually slipped on the slippers and instinctively glanced at the shoe rack. The black cat that usually liked to lounge there was missing, so Zhou Li knew it must have gone to laze around in Qianyun's garden again.
The blue wind chimes hanging from the window swayed gently, producing a pleasant sound. The window was half-open, and the summer breeze was soporific. Zhou Li walked over to the wide lounge chair and, seeing Tao Yao curled up sweetly in sleep, a smile appeared in his eyes.
