Suddenly bats started to come from the shadows and flew towards Yoriichi like they were trying to protect Moria from him
As those bats rushed towards Yoriichi but before those Bats could even reach him, Robin reacted and used her devil fruit power to create arms as she grabbed all the bats in the arms and then crushed every bat before they could even reach him
'This is dangerous!' Moria shouted this in his mind as he felt that the situation right now in front of him was pretty dangerous since he could understand that going against someone with mastery over haki is very hard for someone like him
'Even getting his or that woman's shadow is very difficult!' Moria inwardly shouted this in his mind as he realised that using his devil fruit power was not possible on either of them
His devil fruit is known as 'The Kage Kage no Mi' which is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives the user the ability to control and manifest shadows as physical forms
This devil fruit has 3 functions which are to Steal the shadows of other beings, Insert shadows into living or dead bodies resulting in creating zombies in Moria's case and finally ability to control his own shadow
It takes a little bit of time to take a shadow of the person and not to mention that he also needed to touch that person's shadow to steal that person's shadow
Not only does Yoriichi have mastery over haki, but he also possesses the conqueror haki which is only possessed by limited people in the world
So he knows Yoriichi won't give him any time to steal his or his companion's shadow, which makes matters worse that Yoriichi is a swordsman who is extremely fast
Since he experienced just now how Yoriichi managed to cut his entire hand before he could even notice it, moreover he couldn't even react to Yoriichi's movement
At first, he thought Yoriichi would give in since Moria thought his offer would be too tempting for Not only Yoriichi but anyone

But one thing's sure a sword in the hands of someone like Yoriichi who knows haki is a very dangerous weapon which is exactly the reason Moria doesn't want wanna Fight Yoriichi head-on
Since chances of him losing are insanely high due to haki, Thinking all of these Moria couldn't help but grit his teeth in anger
While he cursed his incompetent crew members or underlings who didn't even bother him telling Moria any information regarding Yoriichi
He is sure that they must have known about it especially when they already met him before him still none bothered to tell him any information
Not only them but he also had many 'unique' zombies prepared in the castle but unfortunately none were able to even have a chance to fight Yoriichi as Yoriichi already defeated all the zombies before they could even do something
'I will deal with them later' Moria inwardly said he decided to deal with all of them later but right he needed to get it out here
"I will make you regret pointing Your weapon at me…" Moria said this as he instantly vanished into his shadow as he escaped without any second thought
After a few moments…
"Where is he….?" Robin asked this question in a very low tone as she couldn't see Moria anywhere now, not even his big shadow was visible
Yoriichi already let his guard down as he already knew that Moria wasn't in this room anymore due to his Observation Haki but still, there was an uneasy feeling in his heart making him somewhat anxious

Inside a big room…
This room temperature is so much low to the point where it's literally freezing, and this is also the place where Moria just teleports too
A big shadow suddenly forms in this room as Moria immerses in it same as when he immersed himself in front of Yoriichi and Robin

He couldn't help but release a sigh of relief as he at the right moment managed to escape before Yoriichi's sword managed to cut him
His devil fruit not only makes him able to control shadows but he can also use his devil fruit to teleport into shadows even though there is a limitation which is that he can only teleport to his own shadow
This is the reason he left his real shadow inside this place just in case he ever needed to make an emergency escape
"Luckily I bought this with me," Moria said while looking at the severed hand in his hand before teleporting he didn't forget to bring it with him since he didn't wanna lose his one-hand
"I didn't think I would need to use this on someone other than that man…" Moria muttered this as he looked in one direction of the room where he was hiding his biggest weapon
He wanted to use that weapon on someone else but looking at the circumstances in front of him, he felt he didn't have that choice now
