Lu Yebai drove all the way to Long Mo's residence. Long Mo's mansion was very large, with two bodyguards at the entrance, retired special forces, each holding a submachine gun.
Seeing him drive up, the bodyguards respectfully approached to open his car door, "Young Master Lu, you've arrived."
Lu Yebai got out of the car and proceeded inward but was stopped by the bodyguards.
He arched an eyebrow, silent, as one of them said, "Mr. Long has instructed that all guests entering the main house must be searched."
Lu Yebai stepped back, giving the man a half-smile, eyes flashing with a cold light.
The bodyguard's hand paused there, not daring to move forward.
"Let him in."
Long Mo's voice came from not too far away. He was wearing a black robe, its belt loosely tied around his waist, revealing a swath of honey-colored chest.
He looked as if he had just come back from swimming, with his hair still damp. Seeing Lu Yebai come over, he gave a slight nod of his head.
