"I'm not hungry."
"Sweetie, try to eat something. How are you going to search for Yafu if you don't keep up your strength?" Su Yan coaxed.
"I'm. Not. Hungry." Bai Xue really wasn't hungry at all, she didn't want to eat anything.
"Here." Su Yan forcefully tried to feed her a sandwich.
Bai Xue slapped it away impatiently, "I said I wasn't hungry, didn't you hear me?"
"Mrs. Su, don't behave this way, please calm down, this isn't like you!" Su Yan grabbed her. His wife had always been someone who wouldn't change her expression even in the face of disaster.
"Not like me? I'm just not as cold-blooded as you! Our child is in danger and you're acting as if nothing's happened!" Bai Xue sarcastically retorted.
Su Yan knew she was upset and didn't argue with her.
"Xue, believe me, I'm just as frantic as you are, but if we're both hysterical, who's going to come up with a plan to save Yafu?"
