"Hi ma'am. I heard you requested for the Manager." Lin wei's voice was silky smooth.
A few smartly dressed staffs were scurrying up and down, picking up clothes, shoes and bags.
"Are you joking me?" Dull chit inquired, eyes narrowed dangerously.
Lin wei squared her shoulders and nodded stiffly. She adjusted the necktie stiffly.
"Aren't you the low life who left here just now?" She was genuinely confused.
"Yes I was. And now I'm the manager. It's how these things goes." Her eyes were tight.
"Oh well, I guess you'll do. I need all the limited editions you have in this store." She announced proudly.
"What is your name?" Lin wei found the words slipping out of her mouth. It honestly defied logic, how people like her could walk around with nothing in their brain except for the latest collection.
Lin wei supposed it was money. After all, people with money are always respected whether they're deserving of it or not.
"You're awfully chatty for a Manager." She retorted.
