The Duchy officially calls it the "Anti-Expansionism and Revanchism Defense Wall," while Albion officially refers to it as the "Internal Border." The Imperial official designation is the simplest and most realistic—"Isolation Barrier."
The people living in Lutèce, however, are accustomed to using the place name to refer to this tangible wall representing an intangible iron curtain between the two major camps. It is easier to remember, and it also illustrates the reality of how the former capital of a country is now divided into three pieces by a wall.
