There was nothing around me. It was pitch black darkness similar to when my whole body vibrates feeling like I'm going to go through the floor, my vision turns dark even though my eyes are opened, and feeling like I'm being pressed from all sides from extreme pressure. Yeah that has happened to me several times in my life though I never knew why.
"Am I dead?"
I wasn't sure if I went to the afterlife at all after dying. I hope I did so I could see everyone that passed on. Though I have a feeling that I really did. I don't really remember how or when I died.

Will I keep my memories? Who, what, when, where? There are so many worlds and so it always is good to try to know as much before hand as possible. Honestly I hope it is a world I know well and I have a good chance to live or survive in it since so many worlds have so many problems and dangers. Honestly I hope I recante as someone who is OP or have OP perks and such. Even in fantasy worlds even if you have access to OP things it doesn't guarantee your safety even if you do everything right. Not to mention even protagonist with OP but don't know it yet they unknowingly survive by luck.

After time has passed, I don't know how long it could have been a minute or hour time in the place or whatever doesn't really have much meaning. A slow growing brighter glowing light appears and from it comes a a young adult girl in a white dress.
"Hello Recantationer. It seems you have many questions".
"Hello Milady, so am I being recarnated? If so I was wondering who, where, when, and which world? Also what is your name?" I asked respectfully.
"A world I believe you know as Naruto. You will be reborn as Naruto. As for my name call me Serena" Serena answered.
"When I reincarnate when would I be consciousness and will I keep my memories? Also if I don't have my memories completely in the beginning then does it mean that I take over his body or recarnated in him after he already dies or something? Also will I have the same abilities Naruto has in what my world would call Canon?" I asked.
Serena smiles. "A little before you as Naruto will be born about a few months but the time will fly by and you will keep your previous life memories. And have perfect photography memory and perfect recall. Also don't worry about taking over his body or anything you won't be taking his body or anything over. You will have all the abilities as you said Naruto had in canon but you will have Senju and Uchiha blood so awakening those abilities will likely be possible with recarnated people there is always that possibility. Your mother's mother had some Senju blood in her and your father's father had some Uchiha blood in him. Though no one is aware or will find out about your mother's mother was Senju or that Minato Dad is Uchiha though when you say something they will be able to find evidence of course but as long as you don't do anything that might expose it well for Senju you can disguise most of the passive parts as part of your Uzamaki heritage and Uchiha ninjustu and shiruken talents Uzumaki can be chakra monsters and shirkuen might be passed off as being from your Dad's talent because of the Flying Ryjain justu and the kunia when using it. As your likely aware since you know Naruto well and the possibility from those books you can fanfic it is possible though nearly impossible to unlock multiple Kekki genkai. At the same time though it is possible for certain traits like life force and chakra level as well as aptitude for seals to show up even if you don't have the Uzumaki Kekki genkai. You will be lucky to have all three Kekki Genkai and the traits associated with the three clans. Which will make just living easier for you when your younger as your likely well aware". Serena finished with disgust though not as you as know exactly what she is making the face for.
"Yeah they fell for Danzo manipulation like moths to a fire" I said. My feelings are conflicted because Danzo is a master manipulator but still if you stop for two seconds some things, depending on your clearance, doesn't match up especially since by the time you become Chunnin if I recall correctly you should know the truth.
"Agreed". Serena said answering my thoughts. Which does make it easier I guess in case my wording of my questions becomes weird.
"Will I have any additional perks?" I asked curiously.
Serena smiles. "Well if I may ask why?"
"Often and not always it might not be because of the recarnated fault but things are often difficult compared to what they know of the events and world. Sometimes it helps to turn events to your favor compared to what happened in canon and often sometimes signs point that to have a chance you should do so but it will cause greater difficulty than they can handle. I will admit Wood Style especially when I combine with Nature Chakra, which is often theorized to be why Harshriama Wood Style is so powerful, and the Sharingan will help. Though gaining Enternal Mangekyo Sharingan will be impossible though I have a theory using seals to do though a bit of a long shot though even if it doesn't work having Wood Style would mean that my cells either with time or are like Hashriama so the blindness shouldn't happen but I would still be careful until I know for sure. Also the events does it in general should follow canon".
"Well actions can change it as you know but in general the broad strokes yes so far it seems so. And I guess one thing is understanding the language and writing system and speak it fluently and because of your handwriting in your past life was atrocious the ability to write neatly and perfectly". Serena laughs. I was pretty embarrassed but it is true. "I'm sorry but especially with seals perfect hand writing it necessary but I guess you have a few extra ideas". She said apologetic.
"Yeah haha so can it be perks?" I ask.
"Sure if that helps with your thoughts process" Serena answered.
"So first Unlimited Potential: It allows for the ability to use and gain access to any Taijustu, ninjustu, kenejsutu, tools, Genejustu, and more. Allows to master it similar to Sharingan but not like Sharingan when they copy it this allows the person to understand the taijustu, ninjustu, kenejsutu, tools, genjsutu, and more that is being used on them that moment or in front of them almost instantly. It includes Kekki genkai. For keekki genkai (that Naruto naturally doesn't have) with the second perk that will allow me the possibility to gain it it will include them too. You do need to train though. All perks are permanent and embedded on his soul. Also any Kekki Genkai the user has will be extra strong meaning it will be pure automatically(which means even though Haku the last ice style user might not be the strongest ice user at least by DNA once using a seal to copy the gene and add it to Naruto DNA it will be purified to be 100% same goes with any of the Kekki Genkai he is born with or gain via seals[note even the Kekki Genkai gained by the seal it won't be weaker and it will make it so it is as if he was born with and in addition the seal to give Naruto the Kekki Genkai is also able to work on those and his body will adapt to handle it without any negative consequences or side effects]). Also Naruto can purify his friends bloodline limit and his bloodline limit even ones through perk (more later on) or bloodline seal so they are stronger too by just have a hand on their shoulder and think purify (it will take max two seconds and in case of interruption it won't harm the user or the one who Kekki Genkai is being purify if stopped midway and for Naruto he just needs to think to purify it and or purify all bloodline limits and it will happen and finish in two seconds). This won't make say the Shargion become the Rinnagon or anything so no Doujsutu or Bloodline evolution it will just make it as pure and strong as it possibly can be. This will be like making a dojustu eye as pure and powerful as it can be and the bloodline limit the most powerful and pure it can be." I said.
"Ok well with the Sharingan it will be already possible but it will make better use of it ability and since you still have to train there is a drawback that is fine. The second one I guess has to do with seals right?" Serena said slowly thinking of it application and if the drawback is enough.
"Yes the second perk is seal related. Godly Funijustu: Allows the user to use funijistu that no one thoughts to use and any funijistu and makes it so they learn faster and quicker than most (in addition to if they are able to learn funjustu faster already). Perfect calligraphy and perfect handwriting especially for funijustu(born with this). The strength of the funjustu is higher and grows as you do (naturally your seals grow stronger and as you do so does their increased strength making so when you novice your seal strength is like beginner this is in addition if your funjustu is stronger like for the Uzumaki. You can do things like add to Kekki genkai you can't use natural (basically focus a blood sample or something with DNA and have the seal focus on the Kekki genkai and add that to your DNA), theoretically could turn someone's MS(Mangekyo Sharingan)to ems with no negative side effects or anything (eternal Mangekyo Sharingan) even if the person doesn't have a sibling, use natural chakra in seals, make Biju, create a realm, even undo curse marks, have a seal make it so like harashima cells (or similar) can safe fuse with anyone cells through their entire body(which changes their DNA), make it so anyone can safely become otsutsuki via a seal, and so much more. Know if a seal works the way you want just by looking but needs you to have learn funjustu and slowly grow in the crazy ones after you mastered difficult ones below the one you want to do like make a Biju. Also do Soul Relating seals without as much risk and allows for greater understanding of them naturally. Also could to a share your perks with others and it won't weaken your perks for yourself. You can share via a soul seal. Once you make a working seal it is memorized enabling you to do it perfectly again without problems(this won't prevent you from making it better if you go on auto mode making the seals [and no it doesn't make you look like a robot or make the seal worse or anything by doing through the memorized of the working seal] or in other words just making a seal thorough the memorized of that seal perfectly even then it can get better and better and for variations like enchanted explosions tags and such you can still do the memorized version of the seal and during that make it the enchant explosive tag without any issues or anything). Also you can always update seals that require it like rajin/flying thunder god seal and those seals can only get better. Also your seals can be made better and better each time even if you haven't made a working version of the seal you are working on(this is for any and all seals). Your seals can only get better and better they can never get worse. Also any seals you make that are done incorrectly won't harm or kill you, friends/family, or any innocents(it will be nullified and erased immediately and automatically though you will know what you did wrong with the seal). Also you have the ability to automatically delete(meaning it will just turn into harmless ink to either spit out or safely and without harming or killing you or others it will just dissolve and/or can be swallowed without harming or killing you even if poison ink), make so a seal (for example the Curse Mark or even the Curse Seal the Hyugga one) can't be put on someone ever (meaning it just auto deletes) (doesn't even need to no how to make it or have it on you before making youself unable for it to be added) and even remove it as easy as breathing and perfectly without harming or kill the person that has that seal (including the Curse Hyguaa seal[Caged Bird Seal] and Curse Mark, Danzo's seal, and any seal), also you can always change any parts of seals this is intuitive and will work when used without harming or killing the person or yourself even if the seal that you want to change is on you (even works if a seal is added to you like Danzo's Seal[obedient to Danzo and no talking about Danzo] and you will be able to take it off even if the seal somehow effects you even if he tells you through the seal as a order not to take it off or anything like that you still will be able to 100% guaranteed take the seal off you could even use the part of the perk never having a seal applied to someone to make it so it can't even be applied in the first place or even auto delete a seal if applied using this part of the perk is in case enemies add seals on you). Also chakra suppression seals or seals that put you into a coma until someone release you and other seals that can harm or trap or seal or kill(including seals like Dead Demon Consuming Seal or the Reaper Death Seal I'm always immune to them and will never die or be sealed by those and others like them 100% no matter what no matter the means or method) or can be used to control you or those that you care about in any way shape or form you will not work on you and those you care about no matter there means or method especially when it is by those that have malicious intentions to you(and the malicious person doesn't have to try to do it personally for those seals not to work on you and those that you care about). Also immune to banishment seals and seals like that including ones that prevent me from going back to a world or going to a new world and so on no matter what no matter the means or method. Any seals that stop me including going somewhere or stop attacking or stop anything I'm immune to all those seals no matter what it is(unless it is for healing purposes and so on but only then I'm not immune to seals like that if a seal is to help heal me and such then it will work but if used not to help me or to help but harm or stop me from doing something, hurt, kill, seal, and harm then I'm immune to such seals) no matter what no matter the means or method. Immune to seals will also make those seals I'm immune to deleted completely. Seals like gravity seals to help me be strong and get stronger physically like chakra weight seals still work on me but if used in a form to harm or hurt or seal or kill or to stop me and so on they don't work. Essentially if it helps me it will work if it doesn't or like a coma seal was a first used to help me heal but then people kept me in it to seal me or it isn't being used to help me anymore then it will automatically be deleted and I'm immune to it and get released instantly(this immunity is omnipotent and omniscient knowing instantly if it will help or it is a seal to not be immune to like the Eight Trigrams seal for Karmara works and so does my Kāma Mark [and those I share this perk specifically the harmful seals you are immune to and give a Kāma Mark too they can still have the Kāma Mark] and it will work on me but a seal by Otuskuji to stop me or so they can harm those I care about [when sharing the perks the word me also refers to the one I share it to] won't work no matter their means or method). I can sense any seals no matter how advanced or how hidden even if in walls and such with out fail and without negative side effects, consequences or anything like that no matter what no matter the means or method. I can also destroy any surveillance seals, recording seals, trap seals, and bug seals (seals like surveillance/spy ones and such) and justu and so on this is for enemy seals no my seals or anything like that only enemy seals(and does so cleanly and efficiently with negligible chakra cost and does perfectly with no side effects, risks, consequences and such no matter what no matter the means or method(it is for the whole room or house or building and if one of my seals are in it then without destroy them this only works on enemies seal no matter what no matter the means or method). Also can't circumvent my immunity to harmful seals (and seals like that) by sealing the whole world or anything like that or anything like that no matter what no matter the means or method.I can even disable all my seals if they aren't needed any more by sending them and think disable and it deletes the seals. Also for blood related seals for me with even as I become Otsutsuki then 100% Otsutsuki it will still recognize me as me with no problems or issues or anything the personal Kāma Mark(it isn't a White Kāma Mark but it doesn't have any soul or soul take over in it) makes me as if my DNA was Otsutsuki though releated to Sage of Six Paths and such especially for Tenseigan (explained more later and there is no soul or soul take over in the Kāma Mark). So yeah don't need to update or worry that Blood and blood check seals and seals like that don't recognize me as me. Also immune to be reverse sealed like sealed off from somewhere or restricted from being somewhere like a veil preventing someone from entering or leaveing(though prevented from leavening would be considered being sealed so I'm immune to that and so would be reverse sealed or restricted from being somewhere as well and so I'm immune to that as well). Also immune to being restrained or stopped by any means (like for example tied up with a unbreakable and unescape omniscient and omnipotent rope I'm immune it will just not tie me up, or as soon as it is done it comes completely undone and can't be used to tie me up, and/or it just phase through my body and it won't hurt or kill me or anything), or any restrictions or consequences of breaking seals or restrictions etc no matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything(this is omnipotent and omniscient and passive ability). Also for seals that are used to protect or hide someone and doesn't try to hurt or kill me but it still makes it difficult to find them I will be immune to them and it won't destroy them or anything like that I just won't be affected(omnipotent, omniscient, and passive ability). Also barriers and barrier Justus used to trap me and things like that I'm immune to or if I just want to enter or leave a barrier I can without getting harmed, killed, injuries, etc no matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything(this is omnipotent and omniscient and passive). Also funijsutu and seals are used interchangeably(meaning even if switched and they mean different things both are counted for immunities and everything this is omnipotent and omniscient)." I said pausing for her input.
Serena looked like she was expecting this but maybe not to this degree with my ideas. "I know that you have read several fanfics with crazy seals and the potential especially with a perk or really good luck. Though you did and likely have bad luck with certain things if not the same and then with it taking you learning and comprehension and just lessen the risks with riskier seals I guess it balance though barely to be honest." Serena shakes her head. "Anything else".
"Godly Chakra Control: With training can increase your chakra control (including Nature Chakra to absorb and permanently strengthen me and others through our entire bodies and for senjsutu eventually) making it better than without said perk(it increases along side your chakra control that you have naturally and trained to have). Also using things like water and tree walk, and more etc while fighting or moving automatically and easy as breathing and perfectly and everything. Can easy and natural as breathing mix and kneaded spirit/mental energy and physical/body energy to make stamina and chakra as well as kneaded to use chakra how it is needed and even use hand seals naturally. Can ease as breathing awaken/refine your chakra and know how to do so instinctively and can awaken/refine your chakra perfectly and effortlessly without injury, harm, death, etc. You can even have an extremely easy time to use ninjustu, senjustu, and more without handseals or anything. Your immune to having too much Nature Chakra in you meaning you won't turn to stone or gain animal features or die or any side effects or consequences when training or using Sage mode or getting into it(this would work by making it so your chakra and your body will block the nature chakra automatically before you even start turning to stone or have animal features and so on because of to much nature chakra in you and this will always work no matter what which is really helpful when you use just a little bit to permanently strengthen your entire body). Also you have naturally mastered Sage Mode (though you can learn other Sage modes and switch between them and after you learn about them you naturally master it to perfection/peak and will never mess up) to its peak/highest level possible (have knowledge, experience, subconsciously know what to do and how to do it, muscle memory or in this case more like mental memory on what to do, and everything needed in you to do it perfectly every single time even in your sleep and never mess up even if you want to[obviously you wouldn't want to actually mess up even with the this perk preventing any side effects or Turing to stone or death or etc when using nature energy]) like you have trained in it for dozens of years and as such will have perfect ratio of nature energy/chakra, spiritual energy, and physical energy with the balanced 1:1:1 ratio and can't every by any means or method or power or anything turn to stone or have animal features or die or anything like that when using Sage Mode or training or using nature energy in justu but not Sage mode, etc no matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything. Can instantly go into Sage Mode and always have maximum amount of time and can instantly get in Sage Mode consecutively over and over again perfectly and can do so without even thinking about what to do now matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything(when shared with Kuarama or created Biju they can help their host with Sage Mode and do everything stated above with no problem no matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything). Your control of your chakra makes it so you can never be harmed or killed by your justu or your own chakra in your body when doing chakra exercises and such by it failing or being returned to you(if someone justu is mixed within it then only that other person chakra in the justu will hurt you) which makes it so you can use nin tai cloaks easily and without the fear or possibly getting hurt from your chakra and even AoE justu (even if hit by the justu or in its range it won't hurt or kill you) even if you lose control of your chakra it won't harm or kill you either(so your immune to your own justu and chakra from hurting or killing you no matter what this will always automatically happen no matter what). If in this Naruto world chakra nature resistance training is needed (since I don't know if it is canon if not then that is fine) when starting to learn elemental ninjustu like you get used to lighting chakra when using it and such so you don't tense up or anything (like when Kenzo is first learning the E and D rank lighting ninjustu and the troubles and shock when he learned them) or the heat and burns when training fire ninjustu etc(though pain is lessen but it won't affect your resistance or the resistance training negatively in any way shape or form the resistance to the elements is like what is mentioned in Naruto: Secret Sage). After correctly using a justu either already made or your own(even if not 100% complete or could use some fine tuning but useable) you will always be able to do it correctly and never fail no matter what(the won't hurt or kill you if you fail a justu is still a part of the perk). Also you can never harm or kill your allies, family, friends, innocents and such from your justu no matter what(this passive). Also any justu that failed or succeeded and could destroy the world or hurt or kill you, allies, friends, family, innocents for like way to dangerous justu world or realm ending mostly (like accidentally creating a too powerful black hole like justu and such) it will be weakened so you can use it and not harm or kill yourself, friends, family, allies, innocents or if necessary nullified immediately before something happens and you will know if this part of the perk is passively activated(this will always work no matter what[note when mentioning innocent it doesn't mean you can never harm innocent with justu though or friends when you sparing so it can be temporarily turned off that part but if it will harm or kill you or kill or permanently harm your friends then it will turn on again]). Eventually allowing you to use so little chakra for justu that you can spam and not use like any chakra eventually though it will take forever. Does help allow someone to use justu without hand seals much easier. In addition you will be able to easily break out of chakra suppression (including seals of any strength and other means) so essentially your immune to them (because if you have high control of chakra and chakra amount is higher then you can get rid of the seals but the perk makes it so you can get rid of them not matter what). You're also immune to harmful and so on genjustu and illusions and hyponises and things like that (can turn it off for
sparing and practicing against genjsutu, gensjutu recongition, genjsutu mental fortitude[being able to handle genjustu being used on you and breaking free or handling the pain from it], and other things and so on but if it will kill or damage or trap you without being able to break out[unless for training] or control or take over you or anything like that it will turn back on this immunity is omnipotent and omniscient though if it is to help or heal you it will work on you) because of this perk. Genjsutu like Yachihoki, Kotomamatsukami, Tsukuyomi(I can go into that genejustu if I want to but can't be harmed in it), Possisive Gaze(and other similar mind control justu), Yakumo Kurama kekkei genkai that can literally kill people with genjsutu and so on I'm immune to literally any genjsutu that will harm, control, kill me, and so on in any way shape or form I'm immune to no matter how strong it is no matter what no matter the means or method and the immunity is omnipotent and omniscient. I can even give this immune of genjsutu to other and even make it so they are specifical immune to certain genjsutu like Kotomamtsukami even if done to them before sharing the immunity to that genjsutu I can undo in this example the Kotomamtsukami by sharing this perk. Though if genjsutu is used to help me get over from avoid get hurt or something like that and such then a Uchiha or someone else genjsutu or mind control justu (can't be used to see all my memories or used to control me or do anything negative or abuse the fact they can use the mind transfer justu on me) can help me and be used on me. Also immune to any and all chakra problems, chakra diseases, issues and so on(like from gaining part of all nine Biju and having so much and so on eventually Naruto chakra disease starts to clog his chakra network and can't use genjsutu or ninjustu it is told in a side story Sakuske Retsuden and even Hagoromo has it it was mentioned in Naruto Retsuden and mentioned in Buruto filler but it is canon[when Naruto shares this perk this especially will be given to those he trusts and cares about and will work no matter what]). Also I can have a crazy amount of chakra in my body with no limits or side effects or anything my body can hold a literally infinite amount of chakra with no side effects or consequences or death or anything like that no matter the means or method. Everything in this perk is all passive and automatic as well as instantaneous." I said finishing.
"This one is I guess the most reasonable… or well understandable and is the most balanced. Then again Naruto already has a lot of OP things and the changes from the canon already is going to cause a ripple pattern that could cause big problems and enemies already strong within the world could get stronger" Serena said the last sentence she said quietly and seemed to be more talking to herself than anything.
"Also I was wondering if I could have a Foresight perk which allows me to see the past, present, and future. Any timeline and any universe. Especially can see big events and major changes and turning points. Can see even everyday things too. Also can see what the opponent is about to do before they do it via see through apparitions(including Justus and dojustus and anything). Time can stop, slow down (so his movements are extra precise and in control), or normal will using foresight for any purpose. Foresight is both activate and passive ability. Also prevents mind reading and helps give the person stronger mental defense (though with permission of the user someone can read there mind but only what they allow them with soul link does allow them through if they allow them though mostly follows the ability of that perk) also helps increase and strengthen soul and soul power passively all the time(with no strain or anything). Natural control of mindscape and anything mental related. Also can put a lot of fortifications for their mind (think the river defense in Sealkeeper: He Who Binds or the hall of mysterious from Harry Potter but in mindscape form and so on) and mindscape passive though can make it so even if there friends try to read their minds or non malicious people try to they won't die. The foresight will passively keep track of the future to make sure you don't get blind sided and make sure you don't miss something and help make sure you can change events you want and make sure events you don't want to change or something doesn't it helps. Helps passively watch over people so they don't die or get hurt and literally anything you want to passively make sure to keep track. Helps passively keep track of events and what happens and things like that and no overwhelming your brain with this and you get extremely detailed information/sort of experience it from third person point of view so you don't miss anything and things like this. Also foresight especially seeing what your opponent does passively and automatically counters and overpowers (meaning the opponent's ability doesn't work it won't show your actually move but you will see how your enemy responds to the attack and it will be there exact move guaranteed) abilities like temporal rewind or ability that can also see the future or rewind time to know there opponent move. The above ability of foresight is omnipotent and omniscient. My foresight is stronger than Prescience. Also the Soul Link perk. So for the fifth perk Soul Link: Can share abilities through the soul link. Also to help share abilities with others and help protect them distance doesn't effect the Soul Link. The shared abilities aren't weaker than Naruto and don't weaken his perks. Naruto is able to share perks without the soul link and it isn't weakened and doesn't weaken his. If multiple soul linked then it can share to all of them. Also to help share abilities with others and help protect them distance doesn't effect the Soul Link in any way including shared abilities/perks. Also the Soul Link isn't affected by distance or dimension or world. Also allows for mental and emotional reading. Allows for privacy for thoughts and emotions. Also telepathy. Allows to know the where the soul linked is anywhere no matter the distance, universe, timeline, or anything. Also if soul linked has other soul linked then the partner is also soul linked to the other person as well. This is something that is on the soul so it will permanently stay on the soul and will make it so you can find those that are Soul Linked and even if recarnated will help find the soul linked find each other in the next life. In the next life they will be close together like neighbors and family close and things like that or in case of other worlds like maybe another anime world they will be like main couple and such this is no matter what no matter the means or method or power or anything. Also helps with remembering their past life even if recarnated and their memories are wiped. Also perks will come with them when they recarnated and they will get more for new world they recarnated to help in the next life(person is able to choose). Though all previous abilities, skills, and everything and perks will be saved permanently on their soul to use in any and all new worlds and if they ever reincarnate in another world with same abilities or in the same one. All previous abilities and perks can't be weakened or blocked from being used or anything like that no matter what by any means or method. This ability isn't weaken and can't be broken by any means not matter the world, universe or anything. Also when sharing abilities it doesn't affect anyone abilities or anything. Also when sharing perks and abilities it doesn't affect anyone abilities or anything. Also sharing perks in anyway won't negatively harm the sharer and person shared to or anyone around them in anyway."
"Ok so Foresight I guess since there is changes and you have powerful abilities that could attract attention then you need a defensive ability and it will help. To be honest using cakes would be so great especially making any enemy scared of any cake that they see for their entire life.
