"I can't step in," Jane Sampson said. "I don't know anyone suitable in King Town."

Sister Shaw was a single woman, so Jane Sampson absolutely wouldn't dare ask her to help meet the gambler.

"There should be someone appropriate under General Manager Miller," Sister Shaw casually added.

"But I'm not very familiar with President Miller; it doesn't seem right to always trouble him. I'll talk to my agent and have him arrange someone," Jane Sampson thanked her, "Thank you, Sister Shaw, for helping me find out about the gambler."

"It's a minor thing, just like visiting the seniors in the countryside and chatting with the villagers. Our village is not big, so it's easy to inquire about anything," Sister Shaw said. "No need to be polite with me. Old Young and your James Black are really good teammates; I'm only doing what I should."

Jane Sampson hummed in response, feeling grateful for Sister Shaw's help.

She knew that in this world, no one was obligated to help anyone.
