With his present understanding of Primordials, he knew that these entities were not benign, and if he understood anything about the pure Evil that existed outside Reality, then he would never underestimate any single Primordial, they were here to plunder, and being quiet didn't necessarily mean docile.
How much was Primordial Memory hiding and would he be able to tackle such a nondescript power? Rowan had no bloodline that was related to Primordial Memory nor did he possess any of his innate techniques, but that was an oversight that he aimed to soon correct.
It was strange for Primordial Memory to keep his influence from reality, unlike Primordial Demon who was essentially barred from Reality, but if a fraction of what he knew about the Great Abyss was true, then Rowan could justify this action.
