The next few weeks were hectic. Pradhi and Barion left to go to Puka to reunite with their sister. Misty missed them. She hadn't had very long with them but already loved them. In the meantime, Jay, Kason, and Muckle were working with the local merchants to help rebuild the Mamori economy.
Cabbot was extremely helpful. Since he had been working there for years, his connections helped smooth the way. Raven still worked for the mercantile, but he was often seen with Cabbot and his wife and child. It wasn't long before they realized that they were compatible and joined in a mate contract.
