Hearing the question, Suga blinked once, twice, then, as if finally registering what he had just heard, let out an awkward laugh and scratched the back of his neck without realizing it.
If that question had come from anyone else, he might have thought to just ignore it.
But because it came from William— a man who had no problem asking these kinds of questions as that was his field of work— Suga, though a little sheepish, answered with a shake of his head.
"During my time living with Zion... I've never seen him during his rut."
As if that was unexpected, William nodded thoughtfully, absentmindedly rubbing his chin in contemplation.
That question made Suga realize something: he truly had never seen Zion during his rut.
