The Enchantress of Time gritted her teeth in annoyance upon hearing the demon's statement. With the black dragon guarding the path above, they had no other choice but to force their way out or, if the two of them could take down the Demon King's General.
"Djaleryse, do you have any plan in mind? I'm afraid it's a do-or-die situation for us," Celestine asked.
Upon hearing her question, Djaleryse leaped out of the umbrella as well and stood beside the enchantress. She looked at her summon still fighting the soul devourer.
From her perspective, they were in a stalemate as the cthulhu was swinging its massive hammer while the silver-haired demon blocked and dodged the attack.
"Maybe my familiar could defeat him," Djaleryse commented.
"You're expecting too much. He's not treating your monster like an opponent; he's just playing with it," Celestine retorted.
Afterward, the enchantress glanced at the black dragon and spoke again.
