With nothing left to do, Rune and the girls decided to return to their rooms until they were summoned for the banquet. They were to join the royal family as their guests for dinner. On the way back, Rune thought a lot about what the 'gift' Queen Lilieth had mentioned could be. He had a pretty good guess.
Stopping before the door to his room, he parted ways with the girls and entered inside.
Once inside, a familiar figure graced his view. Her hair was a vibrant shade of red we with long bangs that covered one of her eyes, caramel brown skin was soft and supple, and she was sitting on his bed with one leg crossed over the other while staring at the floor. Upon hearing the door open, she looked up to meet his gaze.
"Rune..."
"Its been a long time Raya..." Rune replied.
Raya got up from the bed, and the two of them slowly closed the distance between them. They stopped just in front of one another, before Raya closed the gap and wrapped her arms around him.
"I missed you."
