Narrator POV
5 minutes prior to Yoo Mina's Arrival
Once the Fragments fully fused into the boy's body he was suddenly wrapped in a golden cocoon as the air cracked and the woman clad in a white dress fully appeared.
She raised her right hand upwards pointing at the crack in space as she pushed the golden cocoon inside and shortly after closed the crack in space and looked at another part of the void where she sensed the strings of fate interweaving leading someone here.
???: "I hope you have a fun surprise other me!"
The woman had suddenly started to slowly fade away and the void became peaceful once more just as Khaos itself sleeps with no interruptions.
That is until the young lady named Yoo Mina, attacked her sister and you know what happened next. But now, as the prophesied Child had his memories sealed he would be able to enter the World without his soul being destroyed.
Ahem, as the cocoon protected Vince from being affected by the corruption from going through dimensional rifts he reached the earth and wether fate either loved or hated him he seemed to have the strings of fate interweaving with his own.
His body had changed from that of a grown man to that of a Child inside the cocoon, but that's not all, he landed in the country of Gronia. A country full of misfortune and bloodshed where wars were waged and people barely had anything eat due to their faulty government and vast crime rate.
CRACK!
Space rippled before it cracked and a golden cocoon flew out before it slowly cracked and turned itself into a basket with Vince inside covered with a blanket.
In the dark of night, a young couple who were walking down the street saw a golden light come an alleyway making them carefully approach the alleyway with the man being in front.
Once they looked down the alley, they saw a baby inside of a brown casket with a white blanket wrapped around his lower body.
Filled with surprise and bewilderment, the couple walked closer and the young women picked up the basket with the baby inside.
???: "Saito! It's an abandoned baby!"
Saito: "Who could have left the poor kid out here alone at night, an alleyway no less?"
???: "I don't know who would leave a child here, but with how things are currently..."
The young lady had started playing with the baby surprising the young man never seen this side of his lover before. The baby had grabbed her finger with his small hand making the woman smile warmly.
Saito: "Well, since you seem to want to take care of the baby. Do you want to take care of him together, I remember you did say you wanted to adopt a kid"
???: "W-what I...I mean I don't mind, but I don't know if you want to take care of him together.."
Saito: "María, I had already dedicated my life to be with you so this will help us on our future from today onwards"
Hearing her lover say such words the young lady had a bright smile plastered on her face and soon both came out the alley with their hands clasped around one another and the casket carrying the baby.
Although they did have to explain it thoroughly to their parents, they managed to convinced them of adopting the child together.
Even whilst living in a disastrous country full of crime and deaths, you may find few who still have a heart of gold even with their situation is dire.
And so began the child's new life within a new world devoid of his memories but the one's he has recently made in this dark dark world.

Vince POV
7 years later the country of Gronia, Rebel-Held City of Parema (10 years before Cannon)
Maria: "Vincent! Your friends came over to come play with you!"
As I groggily woke up, I heard the voice of my mother and woke up groggily out of bed as I rubbed my eyes before hearing mom talk about my newfound friends.
I immediately changed into the only set of washed clothes I had and heard my stomach grumbled pressuring me to hurry downstairs. Once I came downstairs I saw mom cooking fried eggs and leftover bacon with toast.
I turned to the door and saw a young girl with long blonde hair reaching her knees. Seeing her I smiled brightly and told her I'd she wanted to eat with me.
???: "Oh? I-I I'm not hungry Vince!"
Grumble!
Grumble!
My stomach grumbled at the same time as my friend Eins stomach making her blush being caught lying on the spot.
Remembering that the government had inflated the prices of food ever since the Administration Failure happened made me sad. It made the country turn into a Civil War with Rebels and Government fighting for control of our failing economic country.
I patted the seat next to me for Ein's to seat next to me as we shared the food together. Remembering that Dad had been working earlier than usual made me feel sad since I have not seen him that much.
Ein's: "You ok Vince...? You look sad...did Ein do something bad?"
I quickly turned my head back at Ein's and told her it was nothing related to her. And it seemed mom knew what it was as well but didn't speak much of it.
Vince: "Mom, didn't you say there were other friends who came to visit?"
Mom: "Yes honey, they were waiting outside but left quickly after seeing a red centipede coming their way"
Surprised I asked Mom what she did next, but she had said that the centipede was blown away by Ein's weapon.
Vince: "W-what!? Did you manage to get your Counter Power Ein!"
Seeing Ein's expression become proud I had congratulated her and thought when I would be cool liker with my powers. But oh well, It's better to eat to become strong so I need to finish breakfast before playing!
After along five minutes we finished our breakfast and left the house after saying goodbye to my worried mom. Ein took me to our hangout spot with the other kids stay and play alongside one another.
But it wasn't as crowded as I expected with the other kids but I saw another familiar face and we asked him where's everyone.
Vince: "Michael! Where are the others? Didn't we agree to meet here to play tag?"
After I had asked him I realized that he looked scared and had his body trembling surprising me but I quickly grabbed both his shoulders and shook him.
Michael: "T-T-They took Caleb, Henry, and Zwei after they took a bite of the f-food given by the Old man in the run down C-church!"
Michael: "Men in blue clothes took them Vince! T-they p-put cloth over their mouths!"
Ein: "W-we need to go save my sister and the others!"
Hearing the words coming from Michaels mouth I was confused and fearful of what could happen next but hearing Ein wanting to save them I agreed quickly but remembered that I had no power or ability to save my friends except with the pipes.
Vince: "Even if we can save them Ein, we don't know if they may be armed like the rebels!"
Ein: "Vince! Their our friends, we can't leave them when they need our help!"
I felt my heart start to beat faster when I thought about my friends and what they might do to them if we don't do nothing.
And I am the oldest out of us all, so I need to take responsibility for them and Zwei especially.
I went towards a stack of wood planks and threw it aside as Isaw the broken pipe I left last time from hitting a pack of feral dogs.
I picked it up and gave another to Ein who was surprised but accepted it and for the first time I saw her ability. A blue glow appeared into her own weapon as she smiled at me, to which I returned the smile.
We both set off towards the Old church where there are crazy people who smoke and live there. As we were headed my heartbeat kept beating the closer we approached the Church.
As we arrived, I saw two men in black army suits with a vest over their torso and holding a black baton. I whispered to Ein to move silently with me to a high wall surrounding the church before we would smack the two men in black on the back of their heads.
Ein: "O-ok!"
We both went around the main gates of the church and stuck to the left brick wall making sure the guards couldn't see us.
As we were crossing the street I heard a voice of an old man shouting making me turn only to see a grinning rugged old man shouting at us that drew the guards attention.
???: "Hey! What did we tell you about shouting you Old bastard!"
???: "T-theres children behind the w-wall!"
???: "Hah? Have you gone insane after seeing more children come through here just like your daughter you sold to u-"
Hearing them approach our location I was fearful
as the Old man started speaking but hearing the guards Voice my Heartbeat beated louder than before as I felt my body lighten yet my mind grew hazy.
I felt something within me break and reeled back my fist before punching the guard who came around the corner as he slowly turned his head at us.
???: "Oh, a ki-"
Crack!
The guard flew backwards with his black helmets visor broken and blood came out from the visor with his body not moving much to the surprise of the guard and Old mans mind.
Vince: "Now Ein!"
Ein moved behind me and tried to hit the other guard to his head but he whipped out his electric baton and blocked Ein's attack but before he could move backwards I rushed forwards and raised my metal pipe above my head before I hit his helmet as he powerlessly fell to the pavement with my pipe having cracked his helmet.
Crack!
Thud!
Ba bump!
As the two guards were knocked unconscious, I told Ein to give me one of the guards batons and to take the other one for herself.
After doing so as I copied the guards action of whipping out the baton and pressed a button on the baton as electric sparks appeared on the baton surprising me and a little fearful of what could have happened to Ein if I didn't hit him sooner.
My heart thumped once more at the thought and my determination to save my friends increased once more. I told Ein to follow me inside the gates and to the surprise of two armed Soldiers from Steel Lane who had long guns lowered previously conversing.
Seeing their weapons lowered not expecting a child to suddenly attack them surprised them to the point that I felt fear grip my heart only to Thump loudly as I raised both the metal pipe in my left hand and electric baton before throwing them at the two Blue steel guards.
As both weapons crashed against their heads I told Ein to throw me her metal pipe as she did so before her body lit up in green light and with an angry look on her face she charged at the running out guards from inside the church.
At the same time I catched the pipe and Ein activated her ability, my heart thumped loudly that it could be heard across the courtyard to where Ein is currently.
With a sudden rush of power I felt my body become lighter once more as I appeared before the armed guards and raised the metal pipe once more before I hit the two armed guards with a diagonal hit from the left to the right as they both crashed against the brick wall knocked out with their helmets broken and blood dripping.
As my heart thumped lightly this time, I came to help Ein who had her metal pipe bent already and an angry look on her face. I suddenly grabbed Ein's white shirt before jumping back as a blast of blue fire attacked us from the entrance of the church.
As I turned to look at who attacked us with the blue fire I felt another wave of pressure coming from the right making me jump backwards once again with Ein.
Taking a better look now, I... don't know if I will be able to see Mom again after this. There are two counters...one with two glowing daggers and the other an Middle-aged man with flames on his right hand.
As I looked at the purple colored armed guards who now had gathered together with some on the roof and many with their guns pointed at us from the Church:s windows.
???: "Well we'll we'll, look what we got ourselves here boys!"
???: "Some kids who awakened their ability as a counter, how entertaining it will be receiving an extra large sum of money from Jehuty Biotech for this extra gift!"
Hearing the name of Jehuty Biotech being said by the older looking counter I remembered it in my mind. As the two counters neared closer my Heartbeat started to beat faster than before and I just had one question to ask as I want to save the others.
Vince: "W-what will you do to us after you capture us and give us to the Jehuty Biotech place...?"
???: "Oh? Looks like the little mice finally have spoken of their fate!"
With a disturbing smile that slowly forms on his face I regretted asking but hearing his next words made my brain stop and heart stop beating.
???: "Oh your friends? Well depending if they aren't accepted by the Institute, they will be experimented on, or turned into lab rats for their crazy goals of "Cloning" can you believe that?"
???: "Well Kid, although that is just the basics of their experiments. Our job is to bring in test subjects from the Fallen country of Gronia so it's for you to pass on by and be sold off huh?"
With something breaking within my mind about Henry, Caleb, and Zwei being turned into test subjects for their goals my Heartbeat thumped louder than ever before as I looked at the purple armed men all around the Church.
Anxiety and fear gripped both my mind and heart and as my heart kept getting louder and louder so did my thoughts
Ein: "Wh-what? No...not Zwei... *sniff* don't you dare take my sister away!"
Vince: 'I need help...I can't save them all... I might die without saying goodbye to Mom and Dad... I can't help my friends...W-what do I need to do...'
And as if everything clicked inside my mind I looked at the two counters who came closer towards us as I heard the sniffling of Ein. I don't want her to be sad anymore....I need to save my friends.... I need to come back to Mom and Dad.

Narrator POV
Vince's eyes turned from black into a Golden and Crimson color eyes as red energy started coming off his body in waves and silently the beeping on both the counters and armed soldiers increased slowly.
Q: "Why is the Counterside Corruption increasing in the area?"
???: "Sir! Look at the boy!"
As the blue flame counter looked at the boy once again he felt shivers all around his body as waves of Counterside Corruption started coming out the boy's body and slowly the groups benefits him started turning black and the nearby grass became charred black.
Vince: "I will...save them....from you people.."
Thump!
Vince started walking towards the counters who were still surprised but after about a second they came back to their senses before they told their soldiers to shoot at the kid.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Thump!
???: "Keep firing! Don't let him come close!"
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Thump!
Even with the soldiers constant shooting it seemed as the bullets either bounced off his body or stopped in midair every three seconds.
Seeing that the bullets did nothing both Q and K nodded to on another with fear within their hearts at what was suppose to be more money coming their way.
Thump!
As the dagger wielding counter charged forward my heartbeat increased as more counterside corruption spread faster to the point that space seemed to start breaking behind Vince as if something was banging against it.
Thump!
Thump!
With every step Vince took more red mist started coming off his body and the banging could be heard louder that one could have sworn to hear the sound of screeching.
K: "Dammit! Is this kid a Shadow...? If it's a shadow... I'm afraid of what might happen..."
Q: "Man yourself together! He seems to have just become a shadow so he might still be killable!"
Seeing both his enemies approaching, Vince had raised his metal pipe that now had turned scarlet red as he swung it a red projectile shot out from his attack at Q who immediately tried to block it only to see it turned into mist that touched his armored clothes.
Q: "Shit! fuck! I can't die in a place like this by a bra-"
Vince: "Don't....swear...cover... your ears... Ein"
Ein who had though she fully lost all her loved ones heard her corruption-turned best friend speak to her.
Seeing him turn around and ask her to cover her ears she had nodded with tears in her eyes as she held both her hands over her ears.
And with one last look at her best friend she had used up the last of her ability to wrap itself around Vince's right arm as it was slowly being devoured by the red mist.
Vince: "Don't...eat...it"
The red mist stopped and let the green energy wrap around his shoulder and the red mist started spreading to the walls of the church slowly decaying it's brick foundation.
And with so much counterside corruption near young Ein, it knocked her unconscious much to the fear of Vince who didn't want her hurt and as such, the red mist went around her laid out body.
The flame counter had thrown several blue flames at Vince but they had all been nullified by the red mist that rose to guard him. At the same time, the beat of Vince's heart thumped thrice and as if the world stopped in time, all hell broke loose in a second.

The soldiers above the church roof had heard the sound of glass breaking and the last thing they had heard was screeching before their bodies were torn apart with countless Biters and Predators coming from within the cracked space and biting the purple armed soldiers who tried fighting back but failed.

Their miserable cries could be heard from outside the church and once the fellow spectators from outside saw countless corrupted objects appearing from thin air they ran away from there.
And for our fellow Q, he underestimated himself into thinking his armor was worth it, for the red mist gnawed on it's fiber and tore though into his flesh making him scream.
ARGHHHH!!!
Q: "S-STOP IT! I-I L GIVE THE OTHER CHILDREN BA-"
With the words "children" and "return" came out of Q's mouth Vince looked at him with both eyes full of anger before he inevitably died.
Vince: "You...lied"
With these words as the only thing he heard before his death, Q wanted to cry out in rage but he never would as a Large Worm-like C.O appeared underneath him with it's mouth wide open swallowing him in one gulp and closed itself into an eye.

Looking back, Vince felt something take Ein away making him look back only to see K take the unconscious Ein away to the front of the church much to Vince's surprise before his heartbeat thumped thrice once again.

By hurting Vince's friend, he would fight you back for revenge being fighting and being beat up by other kids, but taking away his best friend is like making a nuclear bomb go off.
And so, let us regard this day as the day that hell broke loose within Parema and it's rebel people all because of man's greed and a company named Jehuty Biotech.
With unbridled rage boiling in Vince's mind and heart all sense of reason seemed to be lost until the glowing green light around his arm pulsed stopping the anger to fully take over his mind.
Vince: "I..I need to save mom but Ein and the others are probably in another location..."
Having such thoughts, young Vince took a few seconds before he resolved himself to taking away both his parents to another city and he will make sure to look through the city for the others in the mean time.
With whatever he has left, Vince raised his hand and with a voice loud enough to be heard throughout the entirety of the city he shouted at the top of his lungs.
Vince: "I WILL FIND YOU UNTIL THIS VERY CITY ITSELF IS UNDERGROUND AND CONTINUE CHASING YOU DOWN!!!"
At first no one knew who had such childish screams for a kid but talking about him destroying the entire city made many sit down and laugh at another crazy person only to slowly stop and all collectively look at the darkening sky with many having a bad feeling about today.

In Pureblood Knowledge Regiment HQ
Hearing the voice of a pesky brat throughout the city surprised me that someone could shout this strongly even with a squeaky voice. As my lieutenants laughed along with the other high command members in my tent and outside.
???: "Haha, who let a kid use the speakers of command?"
???: "Whoever it was made us a good laugh, right boys!"
???: "Yeah, even your grumpy look has gone away Jacques!"
Jacques: "Shut it Bernard, someone go find the one responsible for letting a kid in the command room"
The ones from outside had suddenly stopped and the sound of guns dropping could be heard loudly making me stop and suddenly run out the Tent only to see everything covered in a dark light and the sun... isn't visible no more...
Instead there are large dark clouds gathering together as countless beeping sounds could be heard around the base that it irked me but not enough for what's to come next in a couple of minutes that one could call Hell on earth.

Gathering up counterside corruption in the air that is forming up above the clouds, Vince had blood coming out his orifices as he panted tiredly but he needed to find Ein and the others with the C.O's that surrounded him as if protecting him.
It seems that, Vince gained new friends in the form of highly dangerous C.O's that make B-D counters shiver in fear as they waited his command.
Vince: "Find...*pant" Ein and the others and mark them...please... I don't want to lose my friends to people who will treat them badly...."
Hearing his words the Greater Beast C.O lowered it's head before it Roared out and the dark clouds in the sky became red now and a large Red Sphere formed in the sky and more Cracks appeared in the Sky ready for an endless wave of C.O that tear flesh and make others turn into more C.O as the corruption seeps into their body.
