Raymond knocked on the door and entered Luke's office, "Captain, you wanted to see me."
"Yes, I have a task for you and Jenny," Luke gestured for Raymond to sit opposite him.
"What task?"
Luke placed a photo of Henry Rogers on the desk, "This guy is a major suspect, but we don't have enough evidence to arrest him yet.
He could re-offend at any time, and we need you to watch him."
Raymond picked up the photo and looked at it, "I understand."
"Listen, although we haven't had a face-to-face encounter with him, the previous three cases show that this person is very cautious, with a strong counter-surveillance consciousness. Be careful when following him.
You can lose him, but you must not be discovered.
If he becomes suspicious, immediately abandon the surveillance."
