Raziel's attitude or personally began to so as she grabbed Zeph and Alora Noel by the shoulders and vanished the second they were fully dressed. She wanted out of there as quickly as possible, not because of a sense of duty to the living challenged, but because some of those women had no shame whatsoever.
Most of them didn't bother to cover up and at least two of them made suggestive gestures toward her before continuing where they left off, not taking into account that she was an angel and had eyes. She also wanted to make Zeph suffer for calling her Razy right after she asked him to not shorten it for reasons she didn't state.
Raziel did think that it was odd that Zeph dressed himself in his Nephilim Enforcement uniform and even strapped on his holster before putting his boots on, but she didn't say anything about it at the time, wanting to be able to say something clever once they arrived at a short distance from what could be considered the edge of the battlefield.
