Now that things have reached this stage, he couldn't help but think that something was wrong with Levi. He couldn't but help begin to suspect that Levi was hiding something.
Where Levi lives is not that important. It is just one of the things the family does to keep track of the lamp bearers.
The information won't be used for anything nefarious until the family is ready to deal with the lamp bearers. But Levi is already making that difficult for them.
He wasn't ready to give up, though. He grinned and thought to himself, "There has to be someone who knows where he lives in this town. There has to be someone who knows where he lives in the division. It is either the captain, the custodian, or other lamp bearers."
He knows how the lamp bearers operate, so he knows that when Levi became a godclad, he would be placed under close supervision for a while. One or more lamp bearers from the division must have gone with him to his house to watch over him for a while.
