I know the idea Omnitrix will make him godlike especially with Alien X and stuff, so the plan was to include more powerful foes like The Hive( Men in Black), Apocalypse( X Men), New Gods(DC), Celestials (MCU), Knull..etc
If Omnitrix is too powerful any other ideas or gadgets that could be brought with Fiction manipulation like Talismans from Jackie Chan.
