Mo Xiuchen's tall frame stiffened, "Being able to call Ranran so quickly, the person must be someone we know. What happened to Ranran?"
Mo Xiuchen had barely gotten halfway through his sentence when he suddenly changed his tone. He saw a doctor hurrying into Wen Ran's hospital room not far behind Gu Kai.
Gu Kai turned his head to look and explained softly, "When I came up, Ranran had fallen to the ground. She must have answered the phone and was trying to find us. I was worried her wounds would reopen, so I asked a doctor to go check on her."
Hearing this, Mo Xiuchen immediately started walking.
"Xiuchen, don't go."
Gu Kai's face changed, and he called out to stop him.
Mo Xiuchen turned his head, his gaze heavy as he looked at Gu Kai, "I'm going to see Ranran."
"I purposely came out to wait for you. Ranran has a doctor with her; she won't be in trouble. If you go in now, it might just upset her more, and if her wounds reopen, what then?"
