The figure lying in the hibernation pod was Rosh's mother.
Rosh couldn't understand why her mother would appear in the illusion of the Sgrin Defense War, and worst of all, there were clear signs of erosion by the Void Swarm on her mother's body when she saw her.
When Rosh returned to the Arbiter Council from the Path to Ascension, she did not ask about it.
Because she knew that even if she did ask, she would not get an answer, and it would only make her current situation worse.
In the past, Rosh knew that her mother was receiving treatment deep within the Sanctuary of Creation, but she had no idea what the specific illness was, now Rosh could roughly guess what it was.
